Biography
Born in Germany and now based between Paris and Berlin, Nini Gollong has been working in fashion as a set designer, prop stylist and stylist, as well as an interior designer and installation artist on an international level for the past fourteen years.
Since the start of her career, Nini has worked with photographers such as Karl Lagerfeld, Ellen von Unwerth, Giampaolo Scura, Camilla Akrans, Ben Hassett, Lachlan Bailey, Karim Sadli, Serge Leblon, Ward Ivan Rafik, Koto Bolofo, Bryan Adams, Markus Pritzi, Thomas Lohr.
Her clients include Chanel, Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton, Pierre Balmain, Azzedine Alaia, Giuseppe Zanotti, Karolina Herrera, Costume National, Joop!, Porsche Design, Rimowa, L'Oréal, Elisabetta Franchi, Comptoir des Cotonniers, Vogue Italy, Vogue France, Vogue Germany, Vogue Mexico, Vogue Russia, Harper's Bazaar, Vogue Japan, Vanity Fair, Glamour and many more.
Her artworks have been exhibited in international galleries and boutiques in New York, Paris, Saint Tropez, Berlin and Tunis.
2015 Nini co-founded Alama, a sustainable Maasai jewelry brand together with the Maasai women artisans in Northern Tanzania to support the NGO Africa Amini Alama in constructing the Pamoja secondary school.
